Each piece offered, every interaction invited, and every relationship nurtured through this platform is woven with care and intention. These terms are not rules, but shared understandings — so our space remains meaningful, respectful, and true to its soul.

By visiting our platform, exploring our collections, or acquiring a Mehvar piece, you become part of something more than a transaction — you step into a circle of story, soul, and sincerity. This is your home as much as ours.

2. Our Collections Are Journeys

Each Mehvar creation — whether from Virsā, Riwāyat, Lahja, or Sukoon — is not a product, but a chapter of a living tradition. These pieces are hand-touched, soul-made, and shaped with purpose.

Natural variations in materials, forms, or patterns are not imperfections — they are the fingerprints of their makers, and the breath of authenticity.

3. Inviting a Piece Into Your Life

Acquiring a piece from Mehvar is not a "purchase" — it’s an invitation. A shared moment between you and the story embedded in that creation.

When you accept this invitation and complete a contribution or offering through our website, you are embracing the story, the craftsmanship, and the values behind it. You are not simply receiving an item — you are honouring its origin. 

4. Return & Reflection Policy

Because every Mehvar piece is created with intention, and often shaped by hand or made to order, we kindly ask you to choose with care.

However, if something arrives that feels broken, flawed beyond reason, or mismatched with what was promised, we are here to make it right.

What we honour:

  • Breakage during transit
  • Significant deviation from the described spirit or design
  • Wrong item sent in error

What we cannot accept:

  • Returns for natural variations or craftsmanship marks
  • Exchanges due to change of heart
  • Returns of custom or personalized pieces

All concerns must be shared within 7 days of receiving your piece, so we can honour the moment and resolve it together.

5. The Soul of the Work Remains Ours

All designs, stories, photographs, and writings on this platform are expressions of Mehvar’s identity. We ask that you don’t reproduce, use, or reinterpret them for commercial use without permission.

When you choose to share your voice with us — through feedback, storytelling, or participation in Mehvar Club circles — we will always seek your blessing before carrying it forward.

6. Grace in Every Interaction

This home thrives on mutual respect. Any behaviour that disrupts the dignity, warmth, or integrity of this space — be it misuse of our platform, false claims, or disrespect — may lead us to gently close our door to that visitor.

7. A Living Agreement

As Mehvar evolves, so will these terms. But our guiding principles — trust, beauty, belonging — will always remain at the heart. We will share any changes transparently, and continuing with us means you’re walking the journey together.
