Each Mehvar piece is not just a product — it’s a journey waiting to be completed. Once you’ve invited a piece into your life, here’s what happens next:

  • Order Confirmation – Like receiving an invitation to a gathering, we’ll confirm your order and share in the excitement of the journey ahead.
  • Processing Time – Whether it's a beautifully ready-to-ship piece or a bespoke creation made to order, it may take up to 7-10 business days to prepare your piece with care, precision, and craftsmanship.
  • Shipping – Your creation will begin its journey with us, carefully packaged, and sent via our trusted delivery partners to ensure a safe and swift arrival at your door.

2. Where Your Story Travels

Currently, we warmly welcome shipments within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our reach globally, so that more homes can welcome the stories and artistry of Mehvar.

3. Shipping Fees — A Shared Commitment

When you invite a Mehvar piece into your home, the journey is shared. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout, based on your location and the weight of the piece. We strive for fairness and transparency in this process, ensuring that each piece travels with the same care it was created with.

4. The Pace of Your Story

We respect the time it takes for each piece to arrive, and while we aim to ensure timely delivery, here’s a rough idea of when to expect your piece:

  • Local Delivery (within Pakistan) – Your piece should reach you within 5-7 business days after it leaves our home.
  • International Delivery – For our international family, shipping times vary based on your location. During checkout, we’ll share an estimated delivery window.

Please note, unexpected delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen external factors, but we will keep you updated on the journey with tracking details.

5. Packaging — Thoughtful and Elegant

Our packaging is more than just a protective layer; it is an extension of our brand and the love we pour into each piece. Each Mehvar creation is wrapped thoughtfully, ensuring it arrives as gracefully as it left our hands. We use sustainable and beautiful packaging, so your unboxing experience is a celebration of elegance and craftsmanship.

We believe every piece has a journey of its own. Once your Mehvar creation is on its way, you will receive a tracking number to follow its path. This way, you can share in the excitement of its arrival, knowing it is being taken care of with the same thoughtfulness as when it was made.

7. In the Event of a Disrupted Journey

Should your piece arrive damaged or if an error has occurred, please don’t worry. We’re here to make it right, as every story deserves to be told in its full glory:

What we honor:

  • Breakage during transit, ensuring your piece arrives as it was intended.
  • Incorrect items sent due to error — we will make it right.
  • Significant deviations from the design or spirit described.

What we cannot accept:

  • Returns for natural variations, craftsmanship marks, or inherent qualities of handmade creations.
  • Exchanges due to a change of heart — because every Mehvar piece is a personal invitation.
  • Returns for custom or personalized creations.

If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your piece. Together, we’ll resolve it and continue our journey.
