Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We gladly offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Damage during transit: If your piece arrives damaged or broken, we will replace or refund it.

  • Incorrect item received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will correct the mistake.

  • Significant deviation from description: If the piece differs materially from its design, description, or agreed specifications, we’ll make it right.

To initiate a request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photographs of the issue and your order details.

 

Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

Because of the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our creations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Natural variations in color, texture, or finish — these are hallmarks of handmade artistry.

  • Minor craftsmanship marks that do not affect the integrity or usability of the piece.

  • Custom or personalized orders, created specifically for you.

  • Change of mind or preference after receiving the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been issued.
